What are Qualifying Activations?
Qualified activations include commission-eligible activations, and exclude: SIM Swaps, reactivations, and internal ports. Review your commission report to see your eligible and non-eligible activations.
What is My 1X Redeemer Rate Goal?
A one-time redeemer (1XR) is any customer that activates once and does not have a subsequent airtime redemption within 36 days of the original activation. Your goal is to lower your 1XR by refilling your customers the month(s) after you activate them.
